Your data, handled with care.

This policy explains what information ivanso collects, why we collect it and the choices you have.

01Information We Collect

  • Account details such as your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
  • Workspace content you add, including brand details, calendars, captions, images and approval decisions.
  • Connected accounts. When you connect Instagram or Facebook, we store the access tokens and page details needed to publish on your behalf.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type and security logs, used to keep the service safe and working.

02How We Use It

We use your information to provide and secure the service, generate and publish content you ask for, send account and approval emails, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

03Service Providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run ivanso, each bound to process data only on our instructions:

  • Amazon Web Services, for hosting and media storage.
  • OpenAI, to generate draft text and images from your prompts.
  • Resend, to deliver account and approval emails.
  • Meta, to publish to the Instagram and Facebook accounts you connect.

04Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When a workspace is deleted, we remove its data, except where we must keep certain records to meet legal obligations.

05Your Rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Email support@ivanso.com to make a request.
